Ingredients

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup water

  • ¾ cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Grease loaf pan.

  3. Mix dry ingredients.

  4. Stir in peanut butter and water.

  5. Pour into pan.

  6. Bake 50–55 minutes.

  7. Cool before slicing.
