A Classic Family Dinner

This meatloaf is tender, flavorful, and topped with a sweet and tangy ketchup glaze that caramelizes as it bakes. It’s simple, comforting, and perfect for a hearty family meal.

Ingredients for Meatloaf

  • 2 pounds ground beef

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 small onion, finely diced

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Ketchup Glaze

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

How to Make Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.

Mix glaze ingredients and spread evenly over the top. Bake for 55–60 minutes, or until fully cooked.

Avoid overmixing to keep the texture tender. Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing.
