How to Make Chicken Alfredo
Cook the pasta according to package directions and reserve a small amount of pasta water. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic. Cook briefly, then pour in the heavy cream. Let it simmer gently before stirring in parmesan cheese.
Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing until everything is well coated. Use reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
Serving Ideas
