Ingredients for Mississippi Pot Roast

  • 3–4 lb chuck roast

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix

  • ½ cup butter

  • 6–8 pepperoncini peppers

How to Make Mississippi Pot Roast

Place roast in the slow cooker. Sprinkle seasoning packets on top, add butter and peppers. Cook on low for 8 hours until tender.
